Anchorage Highest Temperature of Record

July 2019

On July 4 the temperature at the Anchorage International Airport reached 90°F (32.2°C). This is the highest temperature of record there, breaking the previous all-time record high of 85°F (29.4°C) set on June 14, 1969. Merrill Field also reported a high of 90°F (32.2°C) on July 4.
